FAQ
Straight answers.
Everything here reflects how Zivo actually works — amounts, fees, Pulse, membership, and what happens on payday.
Is Zivo Advance a loan?
No. Zivo Advance is earned wage access (EWA). You get part of the wages you've already earned before payday, and on payday that amount comes out of your paycheck deposit. There is no interest and no APR — only the Access Fee you see before confirming.
How much can I get?
$25–$150. Which amounts are open to you depends on your Zivo Pulse, and your limit grows as you use Zivo. One advance at a time — once it clears on payday you can request the next.
How fast does the money arrive?
Standard arrives in 1–3 business days. Instant can arrive in minutes and carries a higher Access Fee. You choose each time.
What is the Access Fee?
One fee per advance, shown in dollars before you confirm. It depends on the amount, the speed you choose, and how many days are left until your payday — the closer to payday, the lower the fee. Once you confirm it's locked: it never grows, and there is no late fee. The exact fee and the total that will come out of your paycheck are on the Review step before you tap confirm — free to look, nothing charged. Want a number before you download? Email support with your amount and how often you get paid.
How does the money come out?
On your payday, the advance plus the Access Fee comes out of the paycheck account you linked — automatically. Want it out of the way sooner? Tap Pay early in the app at no extra cost. Keep your paycheck account linked so nothing is interrupted.
What if my paycheck is late or short?
Zivo never charges late fees, never sends anyone to collect, and never reports to credit bureaus. If the payday deduction can't complete, the only thing that happens is your next advance waits until this one clears. Your bank's own overdraft rules still apply, so keep an eye on your balance on payday.
What is Zivo Pulse?
A 0–100 score that decides how much you can advance. It rises when you link payroll, keep a steady spending pace, and your advances clear on payday — with a 2× bonus each time. It is not a credit score and is never shared with lenders or credit bureaus.
Do you run a credit check?
Never. To unlock advances you apply for membership, which is an identity check (live selfie and driver's license) and a quick review of your paycheck history — not your credit.
What does membership cost?
Basic is $4.99/mo or $26.99/yr. Premium is $8.99/mo. Membership is billed only once you're approved. A one-time $1.99 application processing fee may apply whether or not you're approved, and Fast-track review is an optional $6.99 charged only on approval.
What is Zivo Demo?
The mode every new account starts in. It uses sample paycheck data so you can explore Home, Advance, Insights, and budgeting before applying. Once you link your paycheck account, Live Zivo shows your real data.
How is my bank connected?
Through Plaid, read-only. Zivo never sees your bank password. It uses the connection to verify your paycheck deposits, power Insights, and set your advance limit. Your membership card and your paycheck account are separate — the card is only used for membership billing.
¿Zivo está en español?
Sí. Toda la app y el soporte están disponibles en inglés y en español. Yes — the whole app and support are available in both languages.
