The Access Fee

Each Zivo Advance has one Access Fee. You see the exact fee, the total that will come out of your paycheck, and the payday it happens on the Review step — before you confirm anything. The fee depends on three things:

    Amount

    $25–$150 — the amounts open to you depend on your Zivo Pulse, and grow as you use Zivo.

  2. 02

    Speed

    Standard (1–3 business days) or Instant (minutes). Instant carries a higher fee.

  3. 03

    Days to payday

    How many days remain until your next verified payroll deposit. The fee is the same for the last three days before payday, and higher the earlier you request.

  • One advance at a time. Once it clears on payday you can request the next.
  • Pay early from the app at any time, at no extra cost.
  • No collectors and no credit reporting. If a payday deduction can't complete, the only thing that pauses is your next advance.

The Access Fee is fixed once you confirm. It never grows if payday moves, and there is no late fee. Fee amounts are not published here because the schedule may change; the fee shown in the app at the time of each advance is the one that applies. See the corporate disclosures.
